Policies

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings — start up, private, semi-private and group class memberships.

All classes and sessions must be pre-booked online, via phone, email or in person. Payment must be made at the time of booking.
The Pilates Workshop Enrolment Form must be completed and signed prior to commencing your first session.
Instructors may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Where possible we will try to notify you via phone, email or text message.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

The Pilates Workshop operates a 2-hour cancellation policy for group classes.
If you cancel within this period, or fail to attend a booking, you will be charged $10.
We do not offer refunds on any purchase.

All memberships are charged weekly via credit card.
Membership contracts are for a minimum of 12 weeks, and can be cancelled any time with 4 weeks' written notice.
There is a 7 day cooling off period from first payment where the contract can be cancelled with no additional fees.
Contracts cannot be cancelled during the contract term unless loss of life, permanent disability, or relocation 30km or further away from The Pilates Workshop with proof of new address.
All classes on memberships are valid for the membership contract term only and cannot be extended.
We do not offer refunds on memberships.

As a member, you can request to have your account permanently deleted at any time by emailing us at [email protected] with your full name and registered email address, or by completing the contact form on this website and specifying that you would like your account deleted.
Upon receiving your request we will confirm your identity to ensure we delete the correct account, then delete all personal information you have shared with us unless we are required by law to retain certain details.
Transaction records such as purchase history and membership details may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes for up to 7 years. Other personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 14 days of confirming your identity.
Data deleted includes contact details, membership or class booking information, and personal fitness information if provided. Data retained includes records required by law for financial or compliance reasons.

I understand that while every care is taken by The Pilates Workshop in teaching equipment Pilates, these exercises are not without risk. I acknowledge that I have voluntarily elected to participate in an exercise program with The Pilates Workshop and will not hold them responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage resulting from my participation in any proposed exercise program.
By booking into a class or appointment at The Pilates Workshop you automatically agree to the above terms and conditions.
