Control Best for beginners A slower paced workout, ideal for perfecting the finer details. Flow All levels Your go-to full body Reformer workout, taught with real attention to detail. Tempo Not for beginners Our fastest class. Complex flows, harder transitions, every muscle working. Jump All levels Cardio and dynamic movement on the jumpboard. Always a crowd pleaser. Yoga All levels Mindful movement and breathwork — the perfect complement to Pilates. Mat All levels Classical Pilates on the mat — core, control and breath, no machine required. Stretch All levels Long holds and deep release. The recovery session your body has been asking for. Beginner Start here A proper introduction to the Reformer, at a pace that lets you ask questions. Flow Mama Friendly Parents welcome A Flow class where bubs are welcome in the room. No babysitter required.
