Tempo Not for beginners Our fastest class. Complex flows, harder transitions, every muscle working. Jump All levels Cardio and dynamic movement on the jumpboard. Always a crowd pleaser. Yoga All levels Mindful movement and breathwork. The perfect complement to Pilates. Stretch All levels Long holds and deep release. The recovery session your body has been asking for.

Two studios

Proudly serving The Illawarra since 2016. Your membership works at both, so train wherever your day takes you.

The Wollongong studio, a full class on the Reformers Wollongong 398 Keira St, Wollongong NSW 2500 Cafe, massage, showers & Mpower all on site. The Pilates Workshop Shellharbour studio Shellharbour 3/6 Benson Ave, Shellharbour City Centre NSW 2528 Opposite the Stockland car park, so parking is never a problem.
