Reformer 1 (16 hours)

Reformer 1 introduces the Reformer, the centre piece of the Pilates equipment studio and an invaluable training tool.

This modules includes a variety of supine, seated and standing exercises for the beginner to intermediate client that build upon concepts learned in Movement Principles.

Reformer 1 includes guidelines for training clients with Osteoporosis or during pregnancy and post birth.

Reformer 2 (16 hours)

Reformer 2 expands the potential of the Reformer with intermediate and advanced repertoire.

Included are modifications and precautions, along with program designs, for special populations including lower back.

Class design, dynamic assessment and correcting common dysfunctional movement patterns are also focused on during this module, with lots of hands on teaching experience.
