Private & Semi Private Classes

Anyone who wishes to join Body Repair or Body Maintenance classes is required to complete a Start Up first. – THIS IS A SERIES OF 3 PRIVATE LESSONS.

Just like a mechanic would if you took your car in for a service, in our START UP we ‘look under the hood’ and start to determine where the kinks might be in your body. What is over working? What is under working? What is weak? What is tight?

This allows us to come up with a series of exercises that are going to specifically target these areas of imbalance in your body. We start to teach you the basics of Pilates if you are new to the method and set some goals for your sessions.
This is a premium service that focuses entirely on you, your body and it’s imbalances – however slight or extreme they may be.

If you have practiced Pilates elsewhere we require that you complete one BODY REPAIR CLASS, or the START UP, so we can get to know you and write you an appropriate program. Every studio and instructor works differently so this really is a worthwhile hour.

BODY REPAIR classes are one-on-one sessions where your instructor is totally devoted to getting the best results possible from your body each hour we see you in the studio.

3-4 participants working on their programs under the eye of one instructor. Programs designed with your individual goals in mind.

Small Group Classes

Do you LOVE the Pilates Reformer? Then REFORM classes are for you! These are general classes with all clients completing the same series of exercises at the same time and are suitable for people that are pain and injury free.

REFORM classes give you a comprehensive workout leaving your body feeling energised and strong. A maximum of 8 clients per class.

Want to have fun and get fit? Then this class is for YOU! Try our JUMP classes, designed to elevate your heart rate, work up a sweat and challenge your co-ordination.Your body and your mind will feel the burn while still paying close attention to detail and focusing on the principles of Pilates.

This is a great way to compliment your other training routine and try something new, whether you usually work out in the gym, run, play sport or do other Pilates sessions! What are you waiting for – book one of these fun classes TODAY!

Body Work Circuit classes are fun, energetic and focus on a specific theme or movement pattern each week that will give your workout a clear direction and purpose. If you want to be mindful about the way your body moves, then this is the class for you! Previous Pilates experience is recommended. 

The exercises you complete in CIRCUIT classes change every week, you will learn loads of Pilates repertoire on all the Pilates apparatus. There is plenty of variety which means your brain AND body are sure to get a great workout every time.

A maximum of 8 clients per class – no big gym classes here!

Join us for a workout in your lunch break. What better way to break up the day than a challenging 45minute REFORM class

REFORM classes give you a comprehensive workout leaving your body feeling energised and strong. A maximum of 8 clients per class.

MAT classes are suitable for absolute beginners right through to the more athletic types, but are not suitable for those with acute injuries.

During these sessions we teach the basics of muscle recruitment, pelvic position and breathing – all the foundation components that are so important in the Pilates method. Then as your class progresses, the challenge begins to build, as well. In every MAT session we will address core strength, flexibility, stamina and balance.

MAMA sessions have a maximum of 8 participants working through a series of exercises that are suitable and safe for woman during pregnancy and post birth. These are circuit style classes, using all of the Pilates apparatus. BABIES WELCOME!!

We wish to keep you strong and mobile throughout your pregnancy and post birth without causing harm. It is important to listen to your body during and after pregnancy, the road to recovery and becoming strong again after giving birth can be slow, so be patient ladies and we will get you there safely!

While it is safe to practice Pilates during pregnancy, there are several movements that need to be avoided and exercises that should be modified as the body goes through changes.

If these class times don’t suit, pre/postnatal mums are also welcome to join our BODY MAINTENANCE sessions at a time and day that suits you. In these classes we will take you through a program specifically designed for your changing body, modifying and advancing it through the weeks when needed. Before joining BODY MAINTENANCE it is necessary to do at least one BODY REPAIR session first so we can understand where you are in your pregnancy/postnatal journey and design a program that is safe.
