All of our instructors are qualified to program for back pathologies and will work hard to develop a program specifically designed for you to strengthen weak muscles, stretch tight muscles and get your body moving correctly and without pain.
Improving body awareness, muscle recruitment, posture and core strength is the focus in our small Pilates equipment classes, we will have you seeing and feeling an improvement and reduction in back pain after a few sessions, we will even give you simple homework exercises to compliment the work we do with you here in the studio.
