FREE Pilates School Holiday Program

Classes available these school holidays for children and parents/carers.

Join us for a fun and interactive class for families this school holidays.
You will learn movements to promote strength, flexibility and balance.
A great way to be a positive role model and encourage an active lifestyle.

Our FREE family classes are designed to encourage active living and develop positive, healthy habits in regards to exercise and movement in our young family members. CLASSES ARE OPEN TO 5-14 YEAR OLDS and will be held at FAIRY MEADOW COMMUNITY CENTRE.

It is compulsory that a parent or carer be present with children during each class.
