One more Brazilian to the Team!!! I am a Pilates instructor with a background in Physiotherapy and Remedial/sports massage.
I love what I do and practice, and I believe it is an exercise that suits every body and fitness level.
The big plus for me is that Pilates can be used to rehab injuries too.
Outside The Studio…
Outdoors should be my second name. I ground myself camping and being in contact with nature. Love a good swim in the ocean and practice Pilates, Yoga, Gyrotonic.
Why Pilates?
I found Pilates after years working as massage therapist and injuring my shoulders. I loved it and I could see how important this type of exercise could not just fix but prevent injuries of any kind.
Anything Else We Should Know?
I am a dedicated Instructor that likes to add functional movements to your daily Pilates routine. I have experience working with professional athletes and amateurs, pre and post natal, pre and post surgeries and neurological disorders.

Hello, I’m Gaby, a Brazilian teacher returning to an old passion for teaching Pilates and searching to embrace an improved way to move my body (and yours of course!!!)
A while ago I started my journey of self-healing and Pilates is an important part of that journey. I would love to share my knowledge with you.
Why Pilates?
Since I was a child, I have always been amazed by dancers, I find their movements graceful and elegant. Despite the fact I am not a dancer, Pilates works with the same grace and elegance and I now can live my dream!
What I love about Pilates is that everyone can do it, because it always has a way to accommodate all levels, ages, and injuries.
Since starting my training, it has not taken long to feel and see the difference in my body. I can not recommend it enough!
Outside The Studio…
After many years on a self-healing journey to develop my physical and emotional health, I am often searching for ways to achieve and maintain a balanced wellbeing. I love breathing exercises, meditation (still a challenge), massages, and getting a healthy amount of sunshine anytime I can! You are going to see me at the beach, like a good Brazilian.

Yes! I believe you shouldn’t judge yourself too harshly, and enjoy the journey to a better, healthier you! Every time you come to the studio you are investing in yourself and I would like to help you achieve your goals.
Starting small and slow, your progress in Pilates will develop quicker than you think!
I spent a long time not taking care of myself, but now I am on the right path to wellbeing and I believe you can find that too.
