I love the Pilates workshop. I have been attending for over 2 years now. All the staff are like family. Instructors are all well trained and watch your technique. Highly recommend the studio ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am new to pilates and was intimidated to give it a go but the intro class was a perfect start for me. The approachable staff have made me feel empowered and excited to continue my pilates journey. Their 3 week unlimited class trial has allowed me to try all types of classes. I'm so happy I took the plunge ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been going to Pilates Workshop for about 3 years now. Their instructors are all amazing and I always leave feeling lighter and looser than before I got there. Just about every week I turn up with a new niggle and they seamlessly adapt and tailor my Body Maintenance programme to suit my specific needs on any given day. Additionally, I have complete trust that they won't make any of those niggles worse! Cannot recommend them enough. They are worth every dollar ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have never tried Pilates before, but my friend and decided to try Pilates, we searched this place, and since the first day the experience was amazing. I have had the best experience here, the teachers check your position all the time. Every time the class finishes, I finish with a smile in my face. As well, I have notice the change on my body and mood since I started this exercise . Highly recommend :) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
